About

A dealmaker for owners ready to exit, and buyers ready to grow.

I'm Jessica Zavattin, a business broker and licensed realtor with Keller Williams Commercial, helping owners across Toronto and the GTA sell their companies, and helping serious buyers acquire them.

Before brokerage I originated $40–50 million a year in lending as a mortgage broker, worked in public relations, and ran hospitality businesses of my own. That mix means I read financials like a lender, tell a company's story like a marketer, and understand the pressure of being the owner.

Most owners don't know what their business is really worth, and many leave money on the table because their numbers aren't ready. My job is to get the financial story right, bring qualified buyers to the table, and structure a deal both sides can close.
